QUARCREAM S.A.S. is headquartered in Roma and since many years we operate in the dairy production sector. We are specialized in the production of the deep frozen and sweetened sheep cheese "ricotta", deep frozen salted sheep cheese "ricotta" and deep frozen sweetened cow milk cheese "ricotta" for industrial food productions.

In our Factories we give particular care and attention to an accurate selection of the raw materials, operating with a high qualified staff and with a constant and continuous technical innovation. The quality standards foreseen by the deep frozen food production regulations are also strictly followed and continuously controlled.

All this gave us the possibility to obtain on a constant basis final products of very high quality.

Our twenty years production experience has been acquired in cooperation with the most reliable and famous italian pastry-cooks.

From most ancient pastry recipes of the various italian regions we have taken the knowledge to elaborate through them a wide new range of pastries, which however keep always in it the original typical taste of the pastry of the area we have taken it from. This is the way our success has been built up.
